Joggin for the Noggin started as a thought to honor Rich Kanith. A wonderful man in the Madison Community whose life was cut far too short by Glioblastoma Multiforme (brain cancer), the most common and deadliest primary malignant brain tumor in adults. Leaving behind his loving family, Rich's vision and hope was that someday, there would be a cure.
Our mission is to create awareness in our community while providing the Rose Ella Burkhardt Brain Tumor & Neuro-oncology Center at the Cleveland Clinic the means of research through fundraisers. We chose to provide funds for this amazing facility specifically, as Rich was treated there in the months preceding his passing.
What We've Achieved
Our collective total since Joggin for the Noggin was started in 2013 is $36,384 in research dollars.
